RESOURCES
Below are a variety of resources that I have found useful for parents/guardians.
Family Challenges? I RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING BOOK FOR ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS, REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH: THE POWER OF SHOWING UP by Daniel Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson. This book came out in 2020 and is a culmination of much research. If you do not want to read it, but still want the information, please check out the podcasts on this book. A few of my favorites are Tilt Parenting with Tina Payne Bryson and Zen Parenting Radio with Daniel Siegel.
